But did you try to login your steam account on other computer to test it? because idk maybe its your computer is the problem and not the account itself.
I have same problem i dont have any cheat or software but it says vac block me to find rank mmr... simple way i restart my pc or verify files and restart cus i cant find other permanent way.. At last i can play mmr with that methode even i must do it again and again
I think I found the solution. Same was happening with me. Complete clear system. Then I checked my fire wall and anti-virus. Both were blocking some steam files.
Do this. Add exceptions to steam and dota in both antivirus and firewall. Works like magic. :)
--> C: Program Files (x86)-->Steam-->steamapps-->common-->dota 2 beta-->game-->bin-->win64 -->Find there dota 2 and run it from there... restart steam before that if you already used normal desktop icon , thank me later :)

Update all dota 2 tools like dota 2 reborn, beta, Dota dlc and workshop tools.
