"Joder" means "to fuck" (also "Fuck!") but in a bothering/pissing off context, not a sexual one.

Spanish is spoken in a fuckton of countries, so not all of them use the same insults. I'm not familiar with all that you listed.
But why would you want to learn this first anyway instead of something more useful, like greeting for example?

Everyone know their greetings, also I know about ser/estar, verbs -ar, -er, -ir, some phrases and pronouns as well.

Most of the insults you listed are only used on Spain. Any southamerican will be able to understand those, but they don't use them often, they (we?) have our own insults and they vary heavily between countries. The most used are:

-Concha de tu madre, conchetumadre (shorter), ctm (shortest): The exact translation is "your mother's pussy", however I'd say it's the spanish for "Motherfucker". It can be used as a direct insult or as an exclamation of surprise or anger.
-Manco: A one handed person.
-Boludo (Argentina): Retard, maybe? It refers to a dumb person, but I wouldn't know how to translate it.
-Hueón, weon, wn (mostly Chile): This is a though one, because it can be used in a friendly way or in a derogative one (think about the word "nigga"). In the good way it means "Friend" (very informal), in the bad way refers to a really stupid person. "Ahueonao" and "aweonao" are used in a bad way only.
-Culiao (Chile): Fucker or fucking, depends on the context.
-Mamagüevos, mamahuevos: Literally "balls-licker".
-Pendejo: Kid (in a derogative way).
-Niño rata: This one is funny. "Niño rata" ("rat-kid") is a kid or a teenager that play online games that are intended for mature people (e.g. cod) and rage/insult through mic with their high pitched voices (hence the rat adjective).

I'm not so great with South American Spanish but I know that in Spain 'hostia' isn't really an insult, it just expresses surprise or concern or something like that.

Perra is just female dog, it's not so much of an insult compared to puta.

Also, Guiri isn't an insult!

If you see a peruvian make sure you call em ''serrano'', that will set em off. Also ''color puerta''.

If you really want to insult some spanish speaking guy and you can't speak spanish, just do so in english. Chances are, if he has access to both a computer and the internet, he knows enough english to know you are insulting him.

de puta madre = Individually the words mean of whore mother, but at least where I am from, if you say 'de puta madre' it's like I'm the shit, as in you are very good or whatever, so hijos de puta madre would be like sons who are the shit, it's more normal here to say something like 'soy de puta madre' which is like I'm the shit. Puta madre alone is a common insult and son of a bitch would be hijo de puta. I guess you've probably misquoted what you put and meant to say hijo de puta
