I just activated the privacy setting about 10 hours ago, but I am still unable to trace my previous games. Can you please help me to retrieve those datas back? Thanks in advance.
@Jason: I'm also missing a TON of matches from when I had that option was activated. Is there any way to get these matches into your database? I'm talking about 200 or so
could i also get my previous matches updated? im looking to make a decent KDA on the main heros im going to play and would like to have a count with all my matches

@ havoc I tried that a lot of time but stats are not up for more than 1000 matches ..... i guess i have played thoes matches with privacy setting enabled .... thnx for the clarification.
i have the same problem.. i had enabled the private setting for like 10 games or so, and after i enabled the shared history again those games never appeared...

It's only for recent 500 matches, if those were older GGWP lost forever.
