Smurfs every single game!!! in General Discussion

previously I thought valve is taking actions against smurfs when we report them. But recently I'm witnessing smurfs in half of games!!!
    check these games:

there are many others that I don't remember the games now.
there was someone added to our party whom I didn't know, he turned out to be a smurf. he stomped games:

    https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/8148804866

he plays everynight stomping all games and ruining others' games. why such people don't get banned? I don't understand. I see same familiar smurf names every while (though my team smurf banned them before)
so what's the point of reporting? better just remove that "report smurf" button cause they never get banned in this shitty system.

games in my bracket take 50-60 mins. Imagine knowing you're gonna lose and still having to play this shitty game until end. Dead game honestly...

There is a place where the Smurfs roam... And it is a specific place on the Behavior score meter. And it is around 11000-11999 Behavior Score. Why is it right there under the full 12k? A simple reason is that they get a lot of reports for being smurfs and they do get a lot of commends for being smurf too. So they will rarely have full behavior score, but they often don't fall too far down either.

And I have seen this in my personal games over the years too. Once you get a report or two you start to see these very "smurf like" accounts in your games. I'm sure not all of them are smurfing, but the games change quite drastically when you are just below the full Behavior Score. This is the point when you know you are going to win 23% of the next few games... And the next Behavior Score report has you at like 11637 score.

^that's right. However it's hard to have 12K behavior (I have about 11500) and I've witnessed smurfs in many games.
I've detected 3 Smurfs that I'm %100 sure they're smurfs. however if u check their games, seems like they lose intentionally sometimes in order not to get banned!

facing such games would lead players to "buying acc" or "boosting".

All the links you posted don't look like a smurf, except the AM link after the Morphling game. If you check their profiles, they were having a good game apart from that AM alone. Looks like he's boosting that account from what I've seen.

That`s valve`s fault. They made high mmr dota too unplayable. I mean 6500+ bracket. Just imagine: you find the game and in order to play, the following conditions must be met: you should get your role, your hero shouldn`t be banned, your teammates also should play their roles, there should be no party in the lobby (you should get both in one team, otherwise one of them will grief), there should be no mmr traders, smurfs and accbuyers, AND ONLY THEN you will enjoy the game.
Meanwhile in low mmr bracket: choose any role you want, put a tick in the settings to not to play party games and enjoy
Actually I`m surprised why do people still play immortal draft and why valve don`t care about this issue
