I have experienced the same problem as this last month. it is true rebooting the game/Steam Client resolves the problem, but I've tried using Nord VPN network diagnostic and flushing my network there, and after rebooting the PC it fixed the problem. maybe you can try if not using the same app(NordVPN diagnostic). you can maybe try flushing your DNS via Command Prompt.

Anyone else faced that thing recently, that you play the game then suddenly you're dropped to "no connection" in steam and there's absolutely no way to fix it except rebooting steam?
