Contact support and appeal. They might unban you and that is good. If not however, then don't feel too bad. You can still use your account for other games and just create another one for dota. Transfer your skins if that is your concern.
Also, don't worry too much about climbing ranks again. You are already there so you should reach it again in no time.

Valve taking out subhuman trash.
If you are not trash, raise a support ticket. If they find you clean, the account gets unbanned.
If you are trash, then sit and cry.
