My axe is on Ancient level (50% win rate) on my main account. But when I play it on normal game on new account my win rate only 30%

My axe winrate 43 because I learn to play it in Ranked game Ancient and Divine (When my Ursa is banned) Now It's really 50% winrate with Ancient people. 
si crees que por ganar 8 de 10 juegos influye mucho en tu medalla estas equivocado , la cuestión es tratar de desempeñarte bien en las partidas , check your stats y tus acciones en los partidos , si te empareja con arcontes es porque esa es tu medalla.

I've created this new account and have played 10 games already.
Is that ok that after winning 8 of 10 and carrying most games I'm playing with Archon II ?
I'm just thinking if that depends on my prev account which is on Archon.
If yes, how can I prevent it ? I've removed stats folder of Steam before entering to dota with new acc.
Do I need to choose "I haven't played dota" or what ?
