I think she's definitely going to be the queen of lategame strats. Doubt she'll be meta but i can see some teams experimenting with her in pro games.
very good hero in a meta where people pick IO+beastmaster dual offlane, tower will be gone in 5 minutes
well shes always relevant in pubs because players don't know how to close out games. Spectre is still weak early until radiance and an hp item come online, takes at least 20 minutes for that, but at like 30-40 minutes she's hard to beat.

These buffs are sick actually! From 40% ulti dmg ilu, to 50% lvl 2 and 60% lvl 3. I am going to spamm this hero let's see how it goes.
Laning phase is weak but meta is in a slower pace so basically if they can't end in the first 20-25min (and usually teams can't) you pretty much won 90% of the time. Spectre is so god damn hard to play against in the late game it's almost impossible.
What are your opinions?
