Rip old PCs takes longer but not 30 minutes maybe try re installing steam completely or alternatively get a ssd

please help me about this , i hardly get annoy waiting about an hour just to log in my steam account . it takes about 30 mins/some times an hour before i can get logged in. any sggestion how to fix this ?
