no clue this whole system is weird 1st when looking at that graph on reddit I had less stars that I should have looking at the mmr and then I see some people having more with lower mmr...
Mmr value exiat but the new systemtem calculate base on performance each game with role and hero u play
Its applied differently to every player.
My solo mmr is currently at 4225+. According to the table, I should be Ancient but alas, I'm still Legend [5].
I think the factor is that my party mmr is only 3400.
I can be wrong. Or maybe the "hidden" mmr matchmaking is low.
But the mmr table of medal is a good start on what your medal is when you calibrate. I say about plus minus 50-100 mmr marging of error
As a co-creator of the datasets these guys originally used to make these, I'm pretty ticked they still aren't using my warning to players that these are meant as general guidelines and do not actually conform to exact medal limitations as we're pretty sure medals aren't tied in directly to an mmr number. They're irresponsibly creating a huge population of people that think medals are these mmr numbers and so we are going to get a lot more threads like this one.
if your party mmr is a long way from your solo mmr it can be a bit messed up. also, valve have been tweaking the levels as more people calibrate.
I reached Archon despite not getting the MMR required to reach that medal. In some cases, if you have multiple victories and good performances or are closer to the higher medal than to the lower medal, you will be upgraded.
Or maybe the "hidden" mmr matchmaking is low.
Hidden MMR is used only for unranked queues and does not affect ranked values.
I got to guardian 5 at 1500 crusader 0 at 1600 and crusader 1 at 1800 so its a bit off and i had around 80%winrate during the matches

Recently there are threads about the numeric value of medals but i feel like they are not correct.
I got to ancient 5 with 4881 and divine at 4999. Anyone has idea what is the official numeric table of medals?
