Did you read a theory which claims Spectre is the future of Phantom Assassin? It goes like this: after PA received arcana blades from Oracle she started to stalk realities for so many years that eventually she lost the memory of her motifs. Now her skills are the closest to perfection. All of her skills are transformed to much better ones. Her ordinary dagger now opens way toward her victim, and now she can reach them no matter the obstacles. Her blink now sends her illusions to each and every of her adversary, thus she can jump to them from anywhere she likes. Her blur is now so much more useful that she now not only avoids damage, but also reflects avoided damage to enemies. Her coupe de grace is changed to deal more damage to lone enemies for sure rather than activating chaotically.
