I'm triggered at how Spec has a lvl 20 talent that's objectively better than a lvl 25 talent.

Techies has +250gamage on 25 lvl but i haven`t seen him as carry. Spectra nether Leshrac aren`t just tank, hp isn`t primary, and still if you kill them before they kill you will survive. Spectra can do that, Leshrac can`t.
are you lobbying for spectres lvl 25 hp talent to be buffed hbecause theats an awful idea
-10 dagger CD is much better than 400 hp, permanent slow+vision on one hero and permanent speed buff on yourself is much better than dying 2 second slower, imagine a slark can’t regen for the entire fight.
And a initiater who can never get a good ult off, because enemy have vision on him the entire time.

leshrac is a mana reliant, early to midgame centric, TOWER HITTING, aoe magic dmg MID hero with a DISABLE, who FARMS FAST
spectre is a HEAVY LATE GAME, weak laner and SAFELANE farmer, who deals aoe magic and PURE DMG, who FARMS SLOW
One can be played as a SUPPORT and as a core usually buys an item that lets them KILL THEMSELVES
Lmao completely different heroes aside from "dealing aoe" by tanking and staying in fights. But I'm not even sure u can call leshrac a tank man.
So leshrac is ranged, has disables, destroys towers, farms fast, and is able to output 2k damage in 10 seconds at level 7.
And he’s the one with a 12% average lower win rate outside of 5k.
For an interesting stat leshrac was picked 5 times at TI, all by LGD Gaming (4th place). Spectre wasn’t picked at all. Dominates pubs but one of 6 heroes who wasn’t picked at TI.
Meanwhile Lesh is also only picked by a single team for a select few games and fails in most pubs.
I don't understand why u make that comparison in the first place when they are completely different heroes ? Almost like you're saying they are identical but have different winrates?

Both are heroes who are designed around putting out a lot of aoe damage by tanking and sticking around in a fight.
Spectre base hp at level 25 - 1700
Spectre level 15 talent - 160 hp (plus 8 damage, 1 armour and 100ish mana).
Spectre level 20 talent - 400 hp (was originally only 240 hp at 7.00 but was increased to 300 in 7.02 and to 400 in 7.03)
Spectre level 25 talent - 400 hp
Total hp without items - 2660.
Leshrac base hp at level 25 - 1380
Leshrac level 10 talent - 175 hp
Leshrac level 20 talent - 300 hp (was originally only 240 hp in 7.00 but was increased to 300 in 7.02 and then....uh)
Total hp without items - 1855.
Spectre current winrate in pubs - 56.9%. Dominates all brackets below 5k and does reasonably well in 5k.
Leshrac current winrate in pubs - 45.4%. Does terribly in all skill brackets outside 5k.
