i've only played brood back in dota 1 so I think you double click spiderling/spiderite to select them by type? can someone confirm?
Yes you can do it. Double click on type of spider and bind them to control group, do that with the other type as well.
You can send Spiderlings (way higher HP than Spiderites) to attack and bait nukes, after enemies use their spells u can swarm them with Spiderites.
