I'm having fun going 30 2 with monkey king and winning easily with 60% winrate and making noob abandon who intentionally feed. Then player with no skill not even to learn will come and kill steal and you can't report them because they are new

Just because they have low win rate in that particular hero, doesnt mean that they are bad with it. Gotta consider luck as a win rate factor, what if they always get feeders and extremely toxic player in most of their games.

Just nominate lc, invoker, pa for banning every game, ban lc when you see an icon of lc marked on jungle
Ban invo when you see an icon of invo marked on mid lane
Ban pa when you see an icon of pa marked on offlane.

most stupid shit i ever heard ... wtf do you mean with that? you know there people in dota that play for funn , or to learn, it isn't everything about gaining mmr . if it is for you doesnt mean it is for others too you know? everytime you play a game of dota you play it ; 1 ) for fun 2) to learn 3) to win mmr . with that being said yeah prety much everyone plays for 3 of them in same time but in depends waht you will prioritise more than others.
It would be unfair if someone got banned for playing tier 3 complexity heroes, it takes time to master those heroes you know...
