I am a shit brood in terms of hardcore spammers, but there are games, which simply can't be won vs a proper brood.
I can tell you this for sure.
Sometimes you just snowball out of control and literally go 1v5 and rax even without the team.
If the enemy heroes are too dependent on their laning stage, Brood is worse for them than Meepo.
Assuming equal skill, Meepo is stronger though.

if it's in 0-5k i'm 100% sure someone like bipdongoe would beat literally anything
if it's 5-10k then i'm 100% sure someone like abed would beat literally anything

Depends on the build.
This is the hardest mistake and the reason I win, people just assume, for some reason, that Brood with 21 min pt+radiance+bkb+solar won't win a teamfight 1v5.
Brood farms fast as fuck and with proper build you kill all 5 people ganking you. Literally.

There are many builds, not just fucking Orchid rush.
I'd go with meepo because he can only be really countered by counterpicks. Brood too but you can also get some items to make her lane harder. Furthermore meepo can easily insta-kill you with the dagger poof combo.
Meepo hands down, not many meepos are good enough to deal with crap like lich, sven, dark seer, ww combos on a daily basis getting focused throughout the whole game though.
Funny how in pubs there is literaly 0 coordination and nobody thinks about the draft until they see a pick with such obvious counter drafts. What i'm trying to say I guess is that meepo is a better pick but is much easier to get countered, despite the fact that brood can get countered by stuff like axe's E+Q, LC's Q or bristleback's W it doesn't matter because brood just puts broodlings away from hero and is super safe then.
A brood can be easily shut down if you know what you're doing.
A god meepo can pretty much be only countered by heroes, maybe not even that.
But yeah I agree with cookie it depends on the skill bracket.
For God's sake, just counter pick them. Does not matter how good they players are, these heroes will absolutely crush you if you don't have the right pick.

good meepo is the most annoying shit. you're just playing your own game, thinking everything is fine, boom he is 10 levels ahead of you and 6 slotted, took rosh, and just killed 3 ppl on your team taking rax solo.
