MoM is too much value to pass up, but you WILL get blown up if you join some fights and that's all you have (say, if they have a slardar, or some other heavy control hero like spirit breaker and you only have PT MoM).

You're better off not picking luna at all in 7.06c

I really like mask of madness on Luna. Once they leave you uncontested for a while (and if your team mates stack), your networth just sky rockets.

i would only consider vlads on drow as a ranged hero. the aura dmg of luna won't get amplified by vlads.
luna is definately better of with mom. dominator is nerfed very much.
