They thing you get a madness is basically atk speed, since 7.00 new Feral Impulse makes you a stronger laner but a weaker farmer (you get HP regen instead of AS), the same change makes necronomicon a weaker item on lycan than before, so the best way to go on lycan right now is Madness + mordiggian/echo sabre or dominator+ necronomicon. As a Main lycan i prefer to get madness + echo sabre bec of the mana regen (it means you can howl and scout almost all the game). A problem that you have in your last Lycan game is that you don't howl to help, look at my last games in the same 42 minutes that it takes your game i've healed 30k life and u 've healead 15k, that is the difference between howling for the team and just howl for you. lycan mom is good but it makes u more vulnerable to incoming damage , i lost my lycan game due to that >.<
