I'm pretty sure he will be nerfed but if you think permabash being the reason he should be nerfed I think I have bad news for you.
You're complaining about Troll late game, and your claim is " He can perma stun you for 2-3 seconds. " (which isn't true, cause it's all based on the chance that he actually bashes you, which he only has a 10% chance to do) Troll's been shit for a long time by the way, so it's good to see him back.
Not only that, you sound like the people who were saying Tinker was OP in 6.88 or 6.87? (when he became flavor of the month abit just cause miracle had a good performance with him at this one major) you know what their argument was? " Tinker is OP cause he can perma hex a carry and destroy late game in many scenario's if he catches him alone farming a way from his team, he's not a carry, thus he shouldn't be able to perma hex a true carry into death. " When in reality, Tinker's always been like that, the same way Troll's always been a beast late game if he can catch you 1v1, that's what makes Dota, Dota, cause heroes feel strong, and they're not nerfed into oblivion every patch like League.
If you're gonna ask for nerfs, at least throw out real arguments why.

no i don't think he's gonna get nerfed. i even think that his level 25 talent should be replaced with increase fervor attack speed or increase bash dmg
