Generally my rule of thumb is push the wave when the equilibrium is not in my favour to reset or when rune is about to spawn, go jungle (esp radiant mid) when I'm zoned out really bad by their rotations.
I might be wrong but I always thought lane would be a better choice if given both options. However with that said I will try to stack the big camp when I'm in radiant since its so near.
But I'm only 4k teach me senpai.
Push wave and pressure tower always. If offlaner/rotations come to defend it you've done your job. After that jungle.

When should you push wave, then stack/farm camps or when should you stay in lane and deny farm at the cost of you farming an extra camp.
