Generally, high skilled players build dagger on a lot of heroes because of how important positioning is on high skilled games. If you get high enough on the bracket maybe 6k+ or something, almost everyone are on the same high skill level that better positioning is the only big thing left to have the edge in winning.

I am shocked how many people do not get a veil still (or even more, people that build for magic damage but dont get a veil...?). Was just curious how everyone plays. Veil into physical damage items seems pretty strong rather than building more magic damage items.
Also is blink that good on ember? I see a lot of people building it but it just seems like a waste of gold/item slot when you have your ult and your sleight of fist+chains. I know it must be good if high skill players build it, just trying to understand the importance if it
