my most used items overall are aquila stick and blink dagger xD
but if i was to say my real favorites that i am for almost every game its probably silver edge, butterfly, skadi.

Not necessarily most used, just personally favorite item. Aesthetics, effects, colors, design wise, or whatever else u want.
For example
I like armlet cuz the toggling aspect is extremely unique, i like radiance cuz of the idea of burning people down, and i like eblade for the cool sound and effect and the art design.

Fyi this doesnt have to be abt what u like regarding ur role, just any item.
