General Discussioncommendations being broken really sucks

it only doesn't display it on the popup every 20 games

it updates on your profile

the commends count on ur profile updates every game

yea on profile or at the console (dota_game_debug) it updates your commends. if nothing changes there for you, well then you aint getting any.
