Maybe he knew that whoever he was trying to duel, he would have not enough damage to finish it and was waiting for initial damage from (wow who could THAT be) before he committed his Duel to actually benefit from the duel win?

You saw how he played yet you still played like you would normally, instead of going with Enigma's playstyle to land some combos? His hesitation had to pay off, maybe he Black holes only if 3-5 enemies are grouped together, and that's the time he sees as a good time.

LC just farmed all the way up to 11 minutes to get his blink dagger, he was flaming me about my positioning and everything
all the same with enigma who farmed the bottom part of the jungle in dire he farmed and he did not do anything to assist me in midlane , i mean how can you lane when they have kunkka and nyx and radiant mid was storm. They blamed me everything . They talk like they know everything while when lc blinked in and he did not duel anything same goes with enigma who just blackholes when we are all dead.
