Actually, yes, I've noticed it, it might just be that those are playing at the same time as you due to the time zones. I get nearly as many players from other countries too.
And Russians.
Playing in South Africa I haven't noticed any difference. Probably because only South Africans are playing on SA server anyway.
Canadians suck, they have silly names like Tim Hortons, there is also Quebec shitters speaking French, I prefer Peruvians, at least they are good enough to carry me.
