problem is that he isn't necessarily OP but he punishes people who overcommit or who dive or who play teamfights badly. His nature will cause him to have a high winrate but its not truly because he's too strong. Also his weakest time is in the laning stage which most people in pubs don't properly exploit. Doubt he'll get a straight nerf but he may receive changes.
nope never will happen. valve only balances this game around pro tourney's. if its not bullshit in the pro scene it never changes. thats why the same gay heroes are good in pubs ever since this game came out. pubs dont change
Yeah he's quite weak in laning phase. But people dont know how to deal with him in my bracket. They either underestimate or overestimate the damage from coil + aphotic combo. No in-betweens.
Necro wasn't even nerfed that heavily, randomned him a few games back in ranked, called for safelane but was forced to play pos5. With aghs/octarine I had a 17 second cd on ult. Not enough to be used twice in fights, but enough so that if I use it near rosh and then push highground it's up again, necro Pickers aren't humans

Like changes in talent tree. Or slight changes in stat gain? Or even nerf aphotic shield?
