Bcs treads so good and speed up your farming. You just lost 700 gold buy selling treads and it speed up your farm alot and not all mmr have peace like your mmr where you can go blink and "cya lmao" people
Also you cant blink anytime ofc bcs its have cd and have a fucking mana cost and treads-switching to int really help a lot

Depends on your playstyle. But I rlly prefer getting boots. Especially in the form of treads. Those bonus stats can come in handy. Tread switching is a thing if you want to be conservative. Like switching to agi, when healing to lower hp and mana pool to gain more in a period of time or when you blink (since AM has a low mana pool early) switch to int, to get some of that bonus int for mana.
congrats, now you hit creep like snail and become a creep with a lot hp that can blink.

I play antimage as a mid lane carry who buys quick octarine, even tho EE plays him as an jungling semi support who buys fast blink dagger.
I find force staff+blink to be best. Force staff for the little extra mana and dmg and blink for the mobility

If that's an actual question unlike my shitpost it's because blink is enough to find pickoffs with, treads, BF, abyssal, manta, butterfly and bam only one more slot left, I doubt you would want to go for SE over HoT/BKB/skadi/agh/whatever AM needs
Mobility is one of the most important stats to consider in the arms race of grabbing items. Mobility gives you every stat, or rather extends your ability to put your stats to use. Am as a hero cannot rely on his ability to tank or manfight opponents early on into the game and as such has to rely on movement speed / blink to stay alive. Even if Am wants to puff his chest up and start punchin faces, his item choices need to let a slightly faster than average movespeed guy with a single gap closer, and no way to slow his enemies down to actually punch said faces.
Point is: BUY THE DAMN BOOTS

What if I rush VG into BF and manta and finally get boots in form of BoT as 6th item because he farms fast so fast getting boots is pointless he'd sell it for boT anyway
