What a retarded question. Why not use skills? Anyway, everyone knows that with skills CK provides the highest physical dps of all heroes.
last game i played against a CK, I lost because my team's Doom couldn't figure out how to shadowblade up to the original, doom him, and proceed to win game.
Meepo, excluding infinite scaling heroes like pudge, ursa and LC, does the most physical DPS. Just go for ethereal blades.
I am going to assume you mean without using magical damage to chop away a chunk of hp, in which case, I bet its the Centaur guy.
Is this a hypothetical question? If so, CK is number 1 and Terror is number 2 assuming they are lvl25 and 6 slotted while having all their illusions are in use. (Ursa and LC have infinite DPS tho in a utopia.) Without using active skills, just the hero and the passives, I think Venge has the highest DPS.
In practice, Weaver doesn't that kinda DPS but probably would deal more damage in a teamfight.
Drow, Nevermore and full agility Morphling are also heroes to consider if we're talking about DPS.
If you're just talking about who has the highest single hit physical damage, a fully stacked Bristle is also legitimate.
