lol u can make any item on this hero and still win. The only time I loose with spectre is when my team feeds too much, and even then comeback is not unusual with spec.
I don't usually use mmr or skill bracket to degrade someone's credibility but normal skill player (not a single hs game) with 440 gpm on Spectre calls the hero "sits at the top of the food chain", for real?
