Shrines can be used once every 5 minutes. When activated it acts like a fountain in the area around it for 5 seconds.
Tombs give you exp when you use them.

Could someone explain monkey king, how do I counter him, is he comparable to any hero?
You get gold, but not exp. It's like a tower. You can only kill the shrines when a T3 is down

He's still fairly strong if he can snowball super hard in the early game. Otherwise he's useless. However, one big strat with him is to drop your ult down so the enemy teams fps drops to about 10. Allowing you to kill them.
He's identical to Wukong from League of Legends
