Idk what this is but im pretty sure it doesnt matter within a couple games itll find ur skill level.
It does not matter what you pick, in the long run, you will be placed to whatever bracket you deserve to be in.
Go improve your skill,don't use short cut n cheat.

IF YOU CANT EVEN GET VHS/HS WITH A FRESH ACCOUNT YOU PROBABLY DESERVE TO BE IN NORMAL SKILL BECAUSE A LOT OF TRASH 2K MANAGED TO GET THERE

It glitches sometimes and you have to delete then reinstall Dota 2.
Like your skill bracket will get stuck at a certain level and never change. It has to do with something going when they introduced reborn.
Pretty sure what this does is place u in a sub matchmaking pool with other similar smurfs who either have or have not played. So it shouldn't theoretically put you in higher or lower brackets. Or at least that's how I would've done it if I worked at valve.
I would choose I have never played before 10/10
And proceed to go 0-40 10 games straight to enjoy sub 1k matchmaking for alot of games

Next time you play a new ID if the choice I've played DotA will get MMR Average VHS?
