i have a problem with my in game kbps. in turns high and low sometimes. when it gets high. i encounter lag. like 100 plus kbps.
but 0 packet loss. especially in watch game. you could see the lag every 4 secs/3 secs. my internet is 50 mbps pldt fiber
and my ping is only 30ms. same with japan region
is this a problem of the server? or do i need to adjust consoles in dota 2?
