when I was very new to Dota and didn't know Pudge has Hook, we were chasing a Hero and I was in way of his Hook. I remember hearing a very very serious and loud scream. At first I thought it's the sound of the gameplay and is made by some heroes i havent played before. after 10 seconds i figured it was about me :))
Since i live in SEA i can only told you my pinoy moment. I remember a slardar flaming me and it the end i was carrying him at 1000gpm alch lmao
I remember getting tted by the enemy because I "afk farmed" for the first 17 minutes

i spammed >missing mid< and taunted as skywrath. obviously they flamed me in voice and allchat that im american scum and left afterwards.
Had a few UEW players on our server, who would be surprised, when no one responded to them in English and then proceeded to feed.
Also, no one assumes you're Russian, when you keep silent and just play good/average.
Everyone overlooks super crap Euro players, who may be polite, but just as bad as our trashcan cykablyads on average.
When EU players get carried by an occasional good Russian player, they don't say a word and skip it in their brain.
When EU players meet a bad Russian player or one, who may make occasional missplays, they call him out on being Russian or even better, they feed 1-9, then go 'fucking Russians I'd nuke you all it's your fault that I am 1-9 gg'.
Gives me a nice mood and gameplay boost every other day or so.
P.S. I must still agree that our players are more emotional and very competitive, being an asshole is embedded in our Dota 2 community. Still, good players are all around, though they may be toxic af. IT applies to the whole CIS region.
Even some CIS top players have a high toxicity level. E.g. ALOHADANCE tends to rage alot on streams. Many account boosters/streamers also relentlessly rage, whenever something goes wrong in the game. It's funny and entertaining to watch, many viewers inherit this way of communication, thus asshole cykablyads are made.
A very popular Russian streamer Evilarthas (Papich) aka Hailrake is the epitome of toxicity. Although he was one of the first 7k players in Dota 2, he would routinely call his teammates 'trash', harass them, he also has a clear narcissistic personality disorder/autism, but he's also super charismatic. Many CIS players inherited his personality as fanboys, as he was once top 1 MMR world in 2013 or so.
