I have no idea why you're arguing with a 3k perspective on a concept. In 3k, games don't get closed out in time, so safelane riki eventually falls off and starts feeding. In 3k, there's no teamplay to begin with. And guess what? Majority of those 'dotabuff forums' you're asking for an opinion are even bellow 3k.
I have no idea why you didn't simply put a disclaimer [bluestars only], because that's the only sensible thing when you want a discussion where you basically ignore the fact that very few people actually play at 5k+ and not everything is good in every bracket and under all conditions. Otherwise, if you want to discuss the idea with people who are much lower MMR than you, you seriously need to take their perspective into an account - exactly because 3k games have nothing in semblance to 5k games.
I mean, for god's sake, 3k a is place where you can jungle blood seeker every game, how is that relevant to 5k games? Just like your safelane riki strat is relevant to 3k. It's not very relevant, you can't depend on your support to net you easy kills, or to even have a good laning stage, to begin with, so really good laners are actually preferred anyway.
Riki is a god in 1k for completely unrelated reasons to why he's good in 5k, so your post is actually irrelevant for majority of people.

do you think aquila is a very good item on (a roaming) riki? like if you manage to get pt's and aquila in like 8-10 minutes (surely possible if played well like with bounty runes or kills) somehow you already can contribute to fights with physical damage

I don't understand why you keep making this about MMR? I'm talking about the fucking hero in general and again HOW WELL HIS SKILLS WORK together and how many heroes counters. Ganking lanes and gaining momentum for your team can be done in any bracket, it doesn't fucking matter what MMR this is, and that's what riki is about. He can do everything besides split push, something he isn't even meant to be doing.
