I coudn't find anywhere the direct statistics about radiant/dire winrates in 7.00 onwards, but in hero statistics, EVERY SINGLE HERO is wining more in radiant in the last month.
Radiant used to be better for jungle/offlane and Dire used to have Rosh (so early game was radiant driven and late was dire), now Rosh is easier for RAdiant too, this seen terribly balanced... just waiting to see when OsFrog will do something about that.
