Its better on heroes with low base dmg like troll, pa, etc. and it is cheap enough that i can see a hero who jungles a lot picking it up cuz it pays for itself pretty fast with the farming speed increase. It isnt as good, but i dont think its unplayable.
still worth keeping it in your inventory when you rotate the jungle
I mean blades of attack are 420 gold and give you 9 damage, this is 200 gold and gives you tree chopping utility and 24 damage on top of that so it's still pretty good to have while farming
also this qblade nerf is a buff to some heroes who have terrible right click very early in the game, so sven with a quelling blade gets a % smaller bonus of damage than a pa would
it used to be obnoxious in a way that if the enemy has a really high base damage, quelling blade was just adding insult to injury, now it's more balanced
the main power of qb was to get short cut for farming. But right now, there's like 1 short cut on the entire map to make (and i'm not even sure you can do it in a single cut).
Also, HUGE nerf to illusion hero, since it no longer work on them (tb mainly)
good for a melee vs melee mid starting item, if one guy doesnt get queling blade he kinda just loses the lane
It still speeds up ur farminf, its like how a midas eventually pays for itself, only this is more indirect. Troll loves qb now.

So ^ as the tittle says, is qblade shiet now?
Like with the old 40% people would have a qblade until they didnt had any more slots, but now this 24 dmg is so shiet, sometimes is not even worth 200 gold, only on laning, wut do you guys think about this change?
