Alice is not a hero
Her dignity isn't even close to the satyr tormenter in the jungle camp
am and morph are good carry counters, but you should be careful to avoid the trap of thinking its a free win, slark usually have early advantage and have potential to crush
best mid is probably storm, doesnt die to slark and can jump slark the instant u see his pact wears off
best 3/4/5 is sand king by far, one of the few impossible to kill supports WITH aoe stun and can destroy slarks lane from the get go
There is no true hero counter to slark. But coordination, vision and team work can bust his ass in pubs more than it does to other heroes
I'd probably pick legion because I used to spam the hero anyway. Now I spam BS and slarks just keep losing games against me so those heroes are quite good at 1500 MMR.
But in 5k+ they suck so don't think it's a permanent solution to the slark problem.

Whe you are playing tin te lane against slark, and you make impossible the slark farming; slark always go to other lane and comeback with all the items he needs, and makes impossible the work to destroy him. Ive tried with blood, PA, SVEN, ck, dk, wk, lc. But always in late game i lost.
