If your team has 2000 average and enemy team has 2100 you will get +29/28 and loose -21/22
its possible to get -32/+32 as well had this thing happen once

I once gained +49 in captains mode with a 5 man stack against a stack with 1k higher avg. Easiest game of my life pretty much.

I once only got +15 in a match where everyone was solo queuing.

I think I got +31 before

the mmr diference, if it is 2k you get +50

the max u can get is +49, the lowest is +5

there's +45 it has happen once to me in party full 5 vs full 5 tho they had 500mmr avg higher then us back then
