JDF8, that was also in party where you had about 2k mmr on your opponents, so the skill level difference alone should have won you it. Im sure you would have won had you gone tranqs> manta> bloodstone> necro.
just the casual early buildup of phase aquila dlance yasha gives respectable damage early on in the game and early skadi then is a pretty good tanky cc item
at least thats what sumail did and seems to me like a really good build if you dont need linkens
no one did try silver edge? since the ultimate orb rework i think is a good stat item.. i know medusa is not the kind of hit and run, but with good stats and break should be strong

Dmg Item on dusa could be Deadalus Butterfly rapier mjollnir mkb for example
