It means it will pair you with rtz so you can lose and get to normal skill.
But yes, if you use the same device to smurf, you will get locked around the same area.
That's why 4k's can sell accounts easily, just they just have to play their 100 or so games, and then sell it. But that is roughly 100 hours, and if they sell it for 300 bucks or whatever, that is only 3 bucks an hour. Not worth imo unless you have that free time anyway
I feel like I am just treading water with people but here goes. You're there because despite you thinking you know how to juke, play, farm, or fight you know only as much as the people you're playing with. Using myself as an example the last time I was boosting in your bracket I played 56 matches over 2-3 weeks. This is what it looked like.
If you are unable to have your ranked matches looking something like that then you're where you belong.
