a high level means that you're retarded and invest way to much time in something insignificant
It kinda represents how long you've been playing but isn't accurate at all since compendiums and battle passes give you a bunch of levels.
I think It does system pays a bit attention to the overall level average.
But there is no proof of that since gaben works in mysterious ways
