I have never understood the relevance of picking up Heart on Huskar. During fights you may have some use for it as it makes you incredibly tankier, but when you win a fight and then try to push your HP will just go back up, leaving you with dogshit attack speed and dogshit attack damage.
And huskar only needs pure hp against pure dmg, which there was only hook. Shudda gone something like armlet > morbid mask > dlance > solar crest > ac > satanic > mkb > pike. People get pike a lot, but with range talent on ulti or attack range, huskar imo no longer needs that much mobility.
