It's ya boi back with coaching and analysis, i apologize to those ive left hanging for awhile since i was kinda busy for the past few weeks and this week since i was planning for a huge party which ended yesterday, ive decided to made this post since my last post just fell into the abyss of db. If you want to be coached please know you only can have one session per day and also sessions must be scheduled before hand and cant be on whenever you want it to be.
