well qop ulti dmg is not something you want to just buff
740 pure aoe damage (that can be amped by intelligence and aether lens) is actually strong in competitive at least.
QoP ult does not need a buff, also, INT does NOT buff Pure Damage. Pure Damage is Pure Damage. The only things I have seen reduce Pure Damage is Ursa's ult, and Dusa's Mana Shield.
I think qop just needs either more armor, ms, stat gain. But I don't think icefrog would even buff her.
If she only won the arcana vote vs zeus, then qop would probably have tons of buffs

Btw, change OD useless aghs upgrade by reverting it (increase intel multiplier and cast range) or probably add intel steal on astral imprisonment based on astral orb.
