Depends on your item build / which heros you are facing , but build would be heart or satanic . if you can freely whack people and have good dps items satanic . If you have to survive lockdown from like a chrono or something is go heart . If you doing hit and run type stuff heart or hitting high ground with manta illusions . But in any scenario where you foresee yourself freely right clicking people I'd go with the satanic . Just my thoughts on it . Also if you have blink in inventory you probs don't have enough space for the right dps items to go with satanic . Boots , blink , aghs, ac, Daedalus , satanic . If you replaced the blink with let's say a butterfly then for sure satanic . This is not cut and dry your question is legit in my opinion although I'm sure some people after me will talk about how trash heart is .
silver edge + travels + aghs + blink + hearth + manta.
Before the changes vlads was better, but if i build in the early game, like sb + boots + echo + vlads > aghs + manta
