You should level it now from 12-14, with echo sabre mana issues as Sven are a thing of the past and the extra burst on a hero who wants to pop people under stun duration is too good to pass up. Leveling it earlier is generally a mistake as you will gimp your ability to farm if you don't max cleave first.

And Skill Stun to 1 lvl and leave it to 23 24 25? I saw someone get stun at lvl 1 and then lvl it up at 8 9 10, What if situation goes bad and your team needs nuke, would be lvl 4 stun at lvl 7 dealing 300 nuke, thats almost ending up supports life and etc? I understand that with early rush on stun you won't farm efficiently.

Because they didn't pick Sven to be an early game ganker/nuker - they picked him for his early flash-farming ability.
It just doesn't scale well. It offers same duration and a bit more damage.
You're better of maxing war-cry.
They play sven because he is very normal and balanced hero, and has balanced skills, just like morphling. Ofcourse they wont play visage because he is overpowered, and they dont like to play op heroes ;)

well u cant really spam the stun much cos of low mana so its less of a waste if u had only commited 1 point to it
^Yeah, it's less of a waste to skill stats when you play Rubick, because you can't spam all the spells that you may possibly steal.
