Based on enemy draft bro

sure on the enemy draft but do u have any example please ? like what's the advantage of qe (i know qw is good for mana burn for example).

At your level, it's easier to just play the one you're better at.

im struggling with qe on laning stage, i was thinking maybe if i go qw in some games, it could be better ?

basically you want qw if enemy are spell spammer. and qe if they go physical

Depends on enemy overall heroes and what benefits team fights for your team and your overall agenda.

For example, QW would do well against WK, Medusa, Tinker, or if their team has generally 3 intelligent heroes or more.
QE is good for pushing. Works very well if you go dual forge spirit with a drow in your team for example. Invoker is pretty versatile but requires level advantage as much as farm. You need to juggle between these and keep an eye out on what works for your team and head in that direction. Whatever works in team fights best is probably your best call; unless you have poor decision making.

Im always using qe build coz its pretty ez for me to play but it depends on enemy draft tho

im playing qe when my team have so much disable or lock stun and its easy to combo on team fight depends on there hero line up as well
