yes, dota2 tracks the skill level of your other accounts. but this only changes the ''starting mmr'' of an account.
meanwhile in the first couple of games(like from your experiment 3-5 games) the game pretty much increases or decreases the mmr by up to +-2000 per game depending on how hard you stomped or how hard you've gotten stomped.
now, the problem with this is: a NS player won't be able to stomp, no matter what he does.
just because his ''skill''(something unheard in low mmr brackets) is too low to abuse this, AND even if they get VHS by luck of getting to play against other luckly smurfs. they'll just end up having 30% winrate smurfs.
WHICH will result in the flame threads of ''i started at VHS, but i calibrated 2k, WTF VOLVO?!" because he dropped 500 mmr in every calibration match because he underperformed/fed
so even if those scrubs ''cheat'' to VHS, during the calibration they'll feed against actual 4k+ players, and end up in 2k or lower.

HOW TO GET VHS SIMPLE AS FUCK?
1. Borrow your friend 3.7k+ mmr account and open dota 2.
2. After you open dota logout your friend account, then go create your fuckin smurf account.
3. Play your smurf account and dominate your normal skill matches (3-5 matches), then finally very high skill will come by itself.
Warning: I only tested it 3 times so easily ony smurf account, but when I get that fucking vhs bracket, I decided to return in this account because vhs in pubs is full of morons and retarded players.
