Nyx may work good against both... in theory... but never worked for me...

Omni is safer.

I have the worst time as tinker against a mid camping support bh or riki

what about bane for AM? doom. Most am's won't adjust and build linkens.

Kunkka, SD and disruptor are unpleasant to play against as AM.

Lion is especially good vs both. You can insta gib both AM manta illusions using hex and mana drain, and also have a solid 6.5 seconds of disable, which both Tinker and AM have big problems with. In the later game, if you get a glimmer cape rather then a blink you can keep from dying solo to both the AM and Tinker.
Batrider could be good too, he can kite AM pretty well and will also always be a great counter to Tinker.
The last one I feel I could give an educated opinion on would be Omni. He can save anyone from Tinker, and if you purify the person who is getting focused by AM it really deals solid dmg to the illusion, nevermind the Repel to keep AM mana burn off your carry.

You mainly want good stun vs am. Morph support even works vs am, or shadow demon

Well shadow demon first skill have the same effect as the original hero , once am blink , disrupt him and watch his mana burn if he maxing that skill and he couldt blink anymore.

Kunkka basically good because of his xmark , and disruptor because of his aoe which silence and prevent am from blink.

I think doom also is a straight forward counter to am if played as position 4.

Other notable hero to counter am.

Nana siren's net and bloodseeker's rupture.

Zeus support for tinker.. get Aether Lens. Zeus can ult to reveal tinker and then bolt to cancel his TP.

Sd is op in everything he can gank mid with dis and poison.

Phoenix is pretty good here, you can sunray when tinker tp in disableing blink. Hes quite good vs am coz his escape dont need mana and he also could ult and disable tinker blink too. His fire spirit can use in both tinker and am illu and am. Lowering attack speed and disableing blink dagger. And sun ray deal pure damage to am. In pub a lot of people pick lc making phoenix a good combi with lc duel+sunray/ult.

Nyx destroys tinker more than any other hero, you have a guaranteed stun with your e and then your mana burn will deal a lot of damage to him, Disruptor for am is really good, surprinsingly support morph destroys am, 4 sec stun and he drains his mana with his own am illusion.

Misread the title, just thought I wud say that I fucking love having ogre on my team as an antimage

Pos 4 ns really owns tinker

If I would need to pick one which counters both of them that would be Bane then Disruptor and then Lion.
