yes the range is nerfed on early levels but at lvl 4 its the same 1200 and u max dagger first and u dont need 1200 range anyway 800 is fine so its not much of a nerf since PA is a bullshit hero. better change wud hav been to delete her from the game

I think 825 range is more than enough to harass in lane. It will make her miss out on some early kills though.

Yeah its definitely going to be harder to harass in lane, but not impossible. Tinker's laser has 650 range but he can still use it fairly effectively in lane. I don't think it makes Mid PA no longer viable.
