He stomped and won games in normal skill went to hs then stomped and won there too eventually got vhs.

he did stomped with his Pa in ns and morph in hs. then got to vhs. after calibration surely hell get 4k.
It's not like he sucked dick in his losses. So obv. he had inferior team.

In every match he did rather well given the situation. His team went on feeding barage and basicially lost him the game. His other losses where he did poorly where probably tilting games, looking at these trashy teams.
The thing he does right is very simple, compared to his team he outperforms them massively, hence he gets high hidden MMR. The matchmaking doesn't look at win or loss, but how you perform compared to your and the enemy team. If the matchmaking sees that you are superior to your team it will give you higher MMR. It looks at everything you do and compares it with stats (APM, GPM, EXPM, Lasthits, HD, TD, bought support items, deward, communication etc.)
What you're trying to ask is, how to get high MMR with calibration, and the answer is the same. "git gud"

it´s a genuine question and not meant to disrespect the player or anything. I´m just curious if more experienced players know the reason? I can´t see it from the stats, and it can´t be the win rate? What am I missing? Is it the items he´s getting?
and yes i know i suck at dota, no reason to tell me 100 times :).
